Pastor
Evan Drake Howard, Th.D. has served as pastor since 1988. He guides the work of the staff and serves with individuals and committees in the many aspects of congregational ministry. In addition to his preaching and teaching duties, he is present with members during times of crisis. A native of the Pacific Northwest, he graduated from the University of Washington and then came east to attend Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He also earned a Th.D. from Boston University and has written the books, Rekindling the Hope of the Manger; From Sacrifice to Celebration; Centered in God; and Suffering Loss, Seeking Healing.
